In this activity we propose a simple methodology to calculate the ecological footprint of each one considering different factors such as energy consumption, food, transport or purchases. In a class session you will be able to estimate what your footprint is on the planet and if your attitude is sustainable or not. Then you can think together how to reduce your footprint.
